The check-in process was easy, the room was cozy with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was delicious, including toast, orange juice, and bacon.

The lack of electrical sockets the fact that to boil the kettle you had to turn the tv off the fact that to iron any clothes you had to turn the tv off the fact that the water pressure on the shower was low the fact that the stool in front of the vanity mirror was broke & unsafe to use the poor lighting in the room the space in the room was tight.

Abbey Court Guest House in Shrewsbury is the hotel of choice in the area. It's a reasonably clean place with all necessary facilities. the meals are excellent and great. the location is excellent, near cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs. It's close to the center and there's a supermarket down the road.

The staff did not provide services which were paid for , nor did they offer any explaination for not providing a breakfast - When a polite request was made for same the response was extremely hostile and language abusive . I would be very concerned if I did not make other visitors aware of the stress of having to leave and go elsewhere for food, which had been paid for. If a medical condition existed whereby dietary needs were a prioity please take the above as a warning

Convenient location, just a short walk from various restaurants and Shrewsbury Abbey. Close proximity to the town center, cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets.

The hotel is well priced. the hotel is perfectly clean. - the facilities are good. - the location is magnificent and handy. - I would stay again. - the food is good and fabulous.

It was comfortable, clean, had a bath and parking and easy walking distance into the town centre. Shrewsbury is a lovely and very walkable historic city.

What a really comfortable stay, no reason to complain. Nice little hotel in an excellent location for my weekend. Quiet and ideal rooms with a 4' 6 ” bed, free Wi-Fi. Location just next door to cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, a service station and supermarket, the Abbey and town centre and the center. Also, to Hall Park farm.

The location here is great, just a short walk to the town center, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh orange juice and tasty vegetarian sausages.

the bed had a spring in the middle of the bed which had just been poorly coverered up with a pillow under the bed sheets

It was clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast bacon was delicious. Complementary tea/coffee in the room was topped-up each day. The towels were nice and fluffy.

the shower was only just more than a trickle, and you had to stand on the plug-hole to have the water over you, even if the shower-head was placed at different angles. The breakfast sausage was of poor quality. The pillows were too hard(personal preference)
